Boondi Raita
Boondi Raita is a simpe to make yogurt dish, which goes with a lot of normal day-today food. Here is how you prepare it(or, should I say - How I prepare it)
Boondi Raita

Ingredients
- Curd - 150 gm
- Zeera (Cumin Seeds) - roasted(not burnt!)
- Fresh green dhaniya
- Boondi
- Kala namak (Black Salt)
- Red chilli
- Salt
Method
- Begin by churning the curd in a mixer to bring it to a liquids consistency. You may add a bit of water to thin it to your liking
- Dry heat the zeera to make them dark in color and then remove them off heat
- Now grind the zeera into powder
- Add the salt, black salt a pinch of red chilli
- Add the zeera
- Mix well
- Add the fresh green dhaniya to garnish
- (You MAY add a pinch of sugar, as per your liking)
Serve cooled!
