Saurabh Kumar's - Click a Food (aka Bachelor Cooking)

Everybody in my family, that is my mother, my father, my grandfather, my tauji, my mausi etc. have a knack for cooking. They just love cooking and experimenting with food....so why not I give it a shot too? :) Here I try to jot down my cooking experiences, a la bachelor style!

Oh, and by the way, all snaps have been taken by me, and not lifted from the web! :)

Mango ice-cream

I had invited friends(Upendra, bhabhi, Nilanjana and Debu) home for lunch, and needed a dessert at the end. I wanted to make something at home and not get something ready-made from the market, but was short on time - so came the idea to make some Mango ice-cream.

I had some fresh mangoes in the refrigerator, and I got some plain vanilla ice-cream. Just slicked the mango into cubes, and mixed it in the ice-cream. READY! :)
